I finally reached out to Mactastics to set up an appointment. Just by reading the details on my intake form, they realized it was purely a software issue and managed to solve my problem entirely over WhatsApp. Highly recommended!
Een snelle, vriendelijke en goede service. Mijn iMac werkt weer als een zonnetje. Klacht: Startte niet meer op. SSD bleek corrupt. Is vervangen en nieuw OS is door MacTastic geinstalleerd.
Fast, friendly and excellent service. My iMac is working like a dream again. The issue was that it wouldn't start up. The SSD had become corrupted, so it was replaced and MacTastic installed a fresh operating system.

MacTastic heeft mijn MacBook Pro (2017) voorzien van een nieuwe batterij waarbij de laptop binnen 5 werkdagen retour was. Afstemming over uit voeren werkzaamheden waren helder, fantastische service voor een zeer redelijk prijs. Aanrader !
I went to him to upgrade my iMac’s internal storage because I couldn’t find any professionals around my area. At first, I thought I was going to a shop or something—I didn’t realize he was a home-based technician.
To be honest, I was a little uncomfortable at first because I wasn’t sure if I could trust him with my iMac. I had to leave it with him and come back a few hours later( no shop to make you feel at ease ) . After checking his Google reviews, I was surprised. I’ve never seen anyone with such a high rating.
Since I had traveled quite far, I decided to trust him after confirming his KVK registration and asking about liability in case anything was damaged. In the end, he did an excellent job and upgraded my iMac with the storage I wanted.
It was completely worth it. He’s very skilled at what he does, responsive, explains everything clearly, and is genuinely friendly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable technician🤗

I brought my MacBook Pro 16” 2019 in for a battery replacement and was honestly blown away by the service. Michael was incredibly helpful, communicated clearly and quickly via WhatsApp, and had my Mac ready the same day. On top of that, he fixed an issue with my hard drive and even threw in some extra chargers ,completely unexpected and so kind! The price was fair and transparent with no surprises. Geweldige service en flexibiliteit. Mn Cinema LED scherm uit 2011 hield er plots mee op. Was even puzzelen, maar met een grote voorraad reserveonderdelen was het voor mn eerste kop koffie al opgelost. De moeite van een ochtend heen en weer reizen meer dan waard.
